Tech Recruiter

Responsible to handle hiring for technical and skilled positions. Ensure sourcing and recruitment of high caliber technical candidates that meet the requirements of the business on-time.

Responsibilities


1. Strategy and Design
· Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for skilled and technically qualified positions
· Department point of contact for sourcing all the technical and skilled positions recruitment and deployment.
· Manage full cycle of the recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
· Ensure ethical and professional relationship is built and maintained with Recruitment Partners.
· Support and work with Heads of Departments for the recruiting of skilled and unskilled manpower.
· Ensure effective coordination to make sure that documents of candidates are received post selection.
· Acting as a point of contact for the recruitment trips and ensure everything is in place and per the company policy (pre & post recruitment drive).
· Facilitate interviews as and when required by the business.

2. Implementation
· Accountable for reviewing, managing and liaising with Recruitment Partners to ensure compliance and ethical recruitment is maintained at all times.
· Accountable for recording all assigned deployments through the company systems.
· Maintain and keep up to date all company documentation in-line with recruitment process and guidelines, create strong presentations to attract candidates.

3. Operations
· Responsible and accountable for recording all new joiner data.

4. Compliance
· Ensure compliance to company policies and adherence to ethical recruitment practices during all deployments.
· Monitor and ensure the pre and post onboarding process is operational across the team with a 100% success rate.

Minimum Requirement & Desired Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Minimum 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience
3. Demonstrated knowledge of Labor Law
4. Strong recruitment and selection expertise
5. Fluency in English.
6. Experience and credibility in HR and Talent Acquisition
